The environmental pillar of sustainable agriculture implies that Frisian Investors Inc. tries to keep the ecosystem in which she works healthy. Negative effects on the environment are avoided wherever possible, care for biodiversity receives the necessary attention, landscape management is important and the use of rural space has a firm place in the business. The land is not "emaciated" nor excessively sprayed (flooded with fertilizers, pesticides or nutrients). The aim is balance, whereby the soil quality and thus the soil is maintained through sufficient diversification of crops. Responsibility towards living beings (animal welfare) and living nature is very important to Frisian Investors Inc.
